CHARLES CURTIS LLC was founded, December 2001 by Craig Vance. After being in the utility business for 18 years, Mr. Vance started CHARLES CURTIS LLC as a Fiber Optic specialty company traveling the East Coast doing Fiber Optic Construction. In December 2004, he expanded his company to include Rock Drilling for Ledge Pole Placements as blasting is not cost efficient post 9/11. He also expanded the business to include Trucking, Hauling and Excavation.
